    At the end of week one, I've gone from nearly2 ppd to a 1/2 pack yesterday and I was noticing yesterday that the analogs didn't taste so good. Enen though I haven't totally quit, my breathing is already SO much bettre.

    How long did you smoke analogs before switching?

    I've smoked for the most part over the last 48 yrs with 5 yrs off.....a divorce ended that success, and smoked 1 1/2-2 ppd. Even though I haven't quit analogs completely yet, after only 1 week I can breath so much better.
