    I got the first return of a delivery with batteries. The German Post seems to scan them and refuses Li-Ion batteries for air mail. Therefore I will cancel all battery orders and refund when I send the shipping notice.

    We ship by registered air mail and have a German tracking number. Because your post office is changing this number to their own one our tracking won't help you. The best is to sit near the front window and look for the post man. :)

    The tube is Teflon - PTFE. We changed that because many of the users broke the ceramic tube. I didn't thought that the post offices are so fast. :) I am still in the translation of the manual. Will be ready tomorrow evening. The German one is here...
