hi stretchy trust me from someone who has been disabled since 1989 with a bad back take 4 to 5 gelcap ibuprofins every 4 hours and things will be much better i find gelcaps work in like 5 mins the other kind take long time and sometimes to me feel like they never worked- VeeHa
