hey bliss i can tell u that advil gel caps are the only way to go ... take it from someone who has been disabled since 1989 with work done on my back 3 times and pain so bad i lost my inside calf on right leg (from atrofie (sp)) take them like u would after having been to the dentist 4/200mils...- VeeHa
