    You CAN charge a 18350 on a TL100 charger from Battery Junction, but you can only charge 1 at a time - the 18630's have a bigger diameter than the 16340's. What have you been using to charge yoiur 16340's? If it's not a TL100, it still may be able to do a single 18350.
