The charging 2 batteries will not work. The pass-thru should be sampling the power from the battery to know when it should stop charging. With 2 batteries, charging would stop when one battery reached full charge.

I would use a IRF8736 MOSFET and a surface mount 4.7M OHM resistor. Can be purchased from Newark or Digi-key for a total <$1 plus shipping which is very amusing at 5 time the cost of the parts.

A master on/off switch also solves the problem of a box mod firing when laying on the button.
The problem with the touch switch is that dry skin tends to not work well.
It uses the battery. A powered USB port does not put out enough amperage to power an atomizer. Same way some of the pass-throughs that have an inline battery.
Your right, it was a lot more fun when I only made a few here and there. I doubt I will be making them for sale much longer. It just takes too much time.
If most people on this board can build it why is nobody but Caesar and myself building it? Most people want you to do the work for them.
