    Aluminum is soft. If you're going to drill into the side you might stick a similarly sized wooden dowel in your pv just in case drilling deforms the metal. I do this when I drill cartos. I drilled extra vent holes in the bottom of my aluminum bolt very easily.

    Do a search for 100% VG in the forum and you will finds lots of threads to suppliers and juice recommendations. I vape nothing but VG and have found some great flavors from both Virgin Vapors and Vapor Renu (big difference in price between these vendors, and both are great). I also mix my own.

    Hi Snowball, Lemon zest has a lot of oil and that can build up and burn on your atomizer, eventually clogging it. Did you try cleaning your atty? Personally, I would do more research on vaporizing lemon oil in terms of safety, just to be sure. Good luck, it's hard finding good juice!

    How many holes are in the carto? Not sure if there's something you can plug extra holes with. Personally, I would just start with a new carto with fewer/smaller holes.

    I use unflanged cartos (single coil) in my smoketech as well, I turn it upside down so that the recessed area for the flange is at the top.
