To use the single cup brewer. Heat water on stove. Place filter in brewer. Place coffee grinds in filter. Place brewer on cup. Pour hot water in brewer, wait and check how much more water is required to fill cup. No electricity required. ;)- daisyd

Thank you for the condolences everyone. It could have been a lot worse. There's usually a LOT more of value in the garage. Still, some things can't be replaced. All four computers full of pictures for one. I just don't understand how someone can go into a little girl's room and take her things...- daisyd
