A list of symptoms when quitting tobacco and changing to an ecigarette

After 4 weeks, I haven't experienced any noticeable good effects from quitting smoking either. Well, I did stop the chronic throat-clearing coughs, but that's the only difference. No change in sense of taste or smell, no extra energy or feeling of increased lung capacity and I haven't noticed...

    The flu and the ecig

No flu shot for me and no flu, but my hubby hasn't gotten any flu either and he doesn't vape (no flu shot either). So it's inconclusive so far. If hubby eventually gets it and I don't, I'll be convinced vaping is helping fend it off because I always get sick after he does!

Oh my. Maybe you better quit vaping :D

    Liquid seeping out?

Next time you think you need to top it off, but it'll only take one drop before pooling, take a toothpick or unfolded end of a paperclip and sort of pull the filler away from one side for a few seconds. That'll allow any trapped air to get out and draw the liquid further into the cart. If the...

A list of symptoms when quitting tobacco and changing to an ecigarette

All the dryness I experienced when I quit analogs and started vaping went away within a week or so. My skin, throat, mouth — everything that felt incredibly dry despite the extra water I was drinking — are all back to normal.

    Cold Vapor???

One of my 901 atomizers is actually a bit defective in that the vent hole is very low on it and is partially obscured by the atomizer inside. That's actually my favorite atty and I think it's because it produces a slightly warmer vapor.

Day 2 - What am I doing wrong?

No matter what any doctor ever tells you, an ambulance is always an option in a medical emergency. No paramedic is going to arrive on the scene of someone in cardiac distress and say "Oh, you smoke? Well call back when you've quit." Since your symptoms came on hours after you'd tried vaping...

    Newbie Introduction (With HUGE Thanks)

After a month of being an analog-free vaper, I still miss that *awake* feeling that analogs provided, but I do wonder if it was really the nicotine that gave me that or the other stuff in analogs that did it. What I don't miss is the morning cough. That was gone within a few days. Mornings...

    The BoyCOTT Has Begun!!

I'm not supporting any USPS boycott. Every bit of e-cig supplies I've bought (from China and domestically) have come via USPS. It's been the most sensible choice for me in every instance for time/cost considerations. And I've been pleased with delivery times.

    Looking for Chocolate juice opinions

Johnson Creek sells one called Chocolate truffle that I think is pretty good. And they're in the US. If you decide to try that one, I'd recommend the PG formula (not the reduced PG) since it'll be a tad sweeter that way.

    My 1st e-cig (901b)......initial impressions.

I do the same thing! I also find that helps if I've taken a couple big vapes in a row and the atty gets a bit hot.

    My second e-cig model

I drip in my 901. I find it works better if you use a small dropper. I had gotten one of those Johnson Creek sample packs before and the little droppers in those little bottles work great for dripping on a 901 atty. What's this universal charger of which you speak? I'm not aware of that, but...

e cigrattes the mist casue acne on face?

Quitting analogs can certainly make you break out because of the detoxification and hormonal changes the body goes through. It should be temporary, but I don't know how long it lasts on average. That sounds more like a lack of nicotine!

    opinions

A 901 with a 24mg juice should give you some throat hit and decent vapor, so I'm inclined to think you've just got some mediocre attys there. It happens. I have 11 attys and probably half of them are good, the other half are just so-so. One thing I really noticed a difference with was putting...

How did you first hear about e-cigs?

My brother read about them online somewhere and sent me a link. I thought it was the coolest thing ever and started checking out all the companies selling them. NJoy seemed the most established at the time, so I ordered from them. Funny thing is I didn't find it satisfying at all when I got it...

    I've quit smoking???

Even though I did go through withdrawal or detox or something after quitting analogs, I didn't have any urge to smoke again. I felt like crap and wanted it to hurry up and pass, but vaping kept me from actually wanting an analog. I really didn't need any will power, didn't need to have some list...

    E-cigs protect against flu virus?

I did a google search and found the story at a couple places: E Cigarettes May Be More Effective Than Swine Flu Vaccine It appears that some news sources have picked up the 1942 study done on propylene glycol.

So - are we getting it or are we not - nicotine

I don't think that means anything. You don't pay more for Marlboro reds than Marlboro Ultra Lights.

    Johnson Creek Juice Turning Green!

I started buying Johnson Creek in July and have never had any problem with it turning green. I've seen a lot of mention of it on the forums here, but it all seems to be from several months ago. JC apparently also changed their formula earlier this year, so I'm thinking they had some issues for a...

Johnson Creek Juice review and quest

Your description of it does sound exactly like the JC Espresso to me — a rich coffee with a hint of mocha (that's definitely how I'd describe their Espresso). I have JC Original too, but I can't even describe that one myself. To me it's just a nondescript mild and pleasant vape with a slight...
