    Hospital Smoking Ban

Yeah, it sounds like the kind of policy a hospital might put in place for its employees, but the press release (linked earlier in the thread) makes this particular policy sound like it's supposed to apply to everyone within a three-block radius of the hospital. So either the policy maker's an...

    What is kid friendly ???

"Our" stance, as far as I've seen it, is fairly neutral. We prefer not to mention kids too prominently here, because ANTZ have a field day every time the subject even comes up. As far as legal-age restrictions go, that battle's already lost; notice that pretty much every vapor-goods retailer...

Jumping into the Deep End!! (Noob)

I second the vodka suggestion. For what it's worth, though, I haven't seen a need to soak for more than about an hour. Not yet, anyway. The other beautiful thing is that vodka evaporates really fast; an hour or two's trying time works for me. Your mileage may vary.

    Hospital Smoking Ban

If I lived within three blocks of that hospital, I'd send them the bill for my property taxes and/or mortgage and/or rent.

    Hospital Smoking Ban

They can't. But over-zealous functionaries do enjoy trying to convince the public that they have more power than they do. EDIT: The saddest thing is that inevitably the burden will fall on the poor low-paid schlubs working security at the hospital. Any time one of the higher ups wants to give...

    Establishments Banning E-Cigs - 2 reasons

Right. It just isn't worth the individual business owner's time and effort to educate each and every one of his concerned customers. I can't blame anyone for coming to that conclusion, just as I would never advocate that any individual vaper pick a fight with his employer over a vaping policy...

    What is kid friendly ???

I'm having a hard time grasping your purpose here. Would you prefer that we all support the sale of vaping products to minors for the sake of ideological consistency? Are you saying that in order to convince the public that vaping is safe for adults, we must campaign to give 4-year-olds the...

    Mt. Baker Vapor is awesome.

People will take road trips and avoid the state tax. It might not be strictly legal, but that's the behavior the law encourages. As for the Feds, they can and do tax tobacco products. The contrary belief is understandable, though, given the sheer size and variety of state taxes on tobacco...

    Alternative Juice Sources

Or their taste just differs from yours. Personally I don't like most juices. I've hated more than a few expensive and well-reputed juices, but I don't assume that they're bad products simply because I don't like them. Best of luck to you, but I suspect your problem here is the same as mine...

    which one???

Some people will say that it isn't truly a "mod" because it doesn't have a removable battery, but I'd go with the iTaste MVP. It gives you the full range of electronic-APV features (although at a slightly reduced range of wattage) in a no-muss, no-fuss, no-extra-expenses package. Also huge...

    It's here.....Happy, Happy, Happy

That picture's both awesome and humiliating: It's awesome because wow what a custom job! And it's humiliating because I feel that the ~14oz VTR, even in super cutesy mode, is too much PV for me.  My personal inadequacies notwithstanding, my hat's off to you!

Tired of Hiding My Vape in Public

Sounds like the vaping section basically is at your house, so no big loss. ;)

    Vendors and Lame Coupon Codes

You tried Mount Baker Vapor? With or without coupon codes, their prices are fantastic. And they give you freebie 15mL bottle of juice with every order over (if I recall correctly) $15.

    Starting with Provari ?

You should be set on the power side. The only other things you might need to buy for another year or so are replacement heads for your clearomizers. (EDIT: A couple of eGo batteries for emergency back-up in case of disaster might not be amiss either, if you don't already have something that'll...

Anyone else feel like Mt BakerVapor is just so- so?

Personally, I hate probably about 80% of the juices I've tried from any vendor. I'm ambivalent about the next 15% or so -- don't really like 'em, don't really hate 'em, but wouldn't order them again. There are, in short, only a small handful of juices I've genuinely liked, and I'd have a hard...

    Vendors and Lame Coupon Codes

The coupon code's just a small bonus for customers who pay attention. No biggie one way or the other. Gotta agree with SueGeo, though. I'm a sucker for the minimum-buy-in-for-free-shipping offer, at least when I'm vape shopping.

Known flavors that destroy Triton tanks?

Triton tanks are long-wicked Kanger T2s. That might help people here identify what cracks them. Personally I've had no problems, but I kinda hate cinnamon. :)

    Halo!

For what it's worth, Halo's Turkish is far and away my favorite e-juice. I tried it because I spent 20+ years smoking 2 packs of Camel Lights every day, but Turkish doesn't taste like a cigarette to me; it tastes vaguely of Toffee/Amaretto. Then again I never exhale through my nose and my...
