NUTZ...it always has a way to work itself out....my house had $100k of compliance work that the bank wanted done...seller had no money to do it and i wasn't going to put up money for a house that wasn't mine yet...but i worked it out -

gotcha....sounds like the bank is gonna ask for compliance work though...meaning they want the problems taken care of....just remember that you as the buyer have the right to know what it appraises for and unless you signed otherwise, have the right to renegotiate if appraisal comes in below... -
