I wouldn't say that. Before I retired, I had a lady customer who drove truck. She traveled with 6 small dogs. She loved her lifestyle and wouldn't trade it for anything. She had close friends across the country and her experiences were invaluable.

Perhaps you are feeling the harshness in the back of your throat because the tobacco is no longer anesthizing it. I agree with Robin...stay with the nicotine for awhile.
