    I believe you'll find that, under the proposed regs, if an ecig shop (retailer) were to mix its own juice for sale*, the FDA would consider it a manufacturer and hold it to the same requirements for obtaining PMTAs for each product. It's somewhat naive to equate restaurants with tobacco...

    An excellent cliff-notes version of "A History of Electronic Cigarette Regulation to Date": (And never forget, FDA has clearly stated that this proposed rule is (only) foundational. They're not finished with us yet, folks, not by a long shot!)

    I forwarded the press release to my local paper, TV station, and my local county commissioner (who told me she believes ecigs should be treated like tobacco cigarettes and since then to whom I've been forwarding relevant news articles, research studies, and blog entries).

    Indeed, don't feed the trolls! Much as I approve of posting accurate rebuttals to the lies and misinformation being spread about vaping, I believe it's best to ignore people like this, who are rabidly irrational and illogical. Don't stoke their fires.
