....or among youth, for that matter.
The only thing that comes to mind is a study which found that some carts or e-liquid that were labelled as 0-nic did actually contain nicotine. As I recall the levels were trace, and basically irrelevant (but since when does that stop an ANTZ). I didn't...
Actually, what this report succeeds in debunking is the validity of any statement on ecigs by any medical professional. Said it before, will say it again: These ANTZ rent-a-docs are giving the entire profession a bad name. So much for "First, do no harm.")
If I'm not mistaken, this was taken at the last Tobacco Control Summit Meeting... (L to R: Simon Chapman, Linda McAvan, Mitch Zeller, Truebot, Slantzz, Ellen Hahn.)
A personal anecdote that this discussion brought to mind:

Perhaps as we informed vapers keep giving these charletans a proper skewering with FACTS and REAL SCIENCE, they will be more likely in future to do some FACT CHECKING before they spew... One can hope...

I use Wizard Labs for all my DIY supplies. Syringes are handy for emptying/filling tanks as well. Check out their pages, good way to familiarize yourself w/ what's available: Measuring and Mixing Labware
ETA: Personally, I get the most use out of a 5ml syringe w/ 16ga needle.
