It could have uses in PV, or anything else that is manufactured.... i've seen these things working that were built decade before computerization, and they are still being used.
It's pretty cool tech, and once dialed in, fairly reliable.
I just put my e-mail address in MV to notify me when in stock.. about 30 minutes later I got an email say it was instock, and about 31 minutes later I bought it! :)

yup.. the provari is expensive.. but it's also one of those, if I buy THIS there is no way I'm going back to analog things...
I would love it if the Vamo V3 was built like the provari. I like the way the P is built, but I still like the controls on the VAMO.
