    I'm thinking of getting a Vamo for a Christmas gift for my still-eGo-using best friend, but.... Does it do boost as well as buck? I other words, does using a single 18650 allow you the full 6V? Are the Panasonic CH####### hybrid batteries appropriate to use in it?

    Cool. That punch looks good. Haven't tried it. Looks better than the canvape one with that tube in the middle. Also, that filler tool looks much better than the incredibly flawed metal one. Man that thing ...... me off.

    They were available in both flat and nipple top in the CO-OP. Canvape has them in flat, nipple, and protected.

    Another vote for the Panasonic hybrids. Bought 10 of them in the CO-OP a while back. The first 4 that I opened are still going very strong. Use them in my Provari.

    You're welcome. It's seems like carto tanks don't get mentioned to new vapers enough as everybody is looking for the next best thing and cartos are old news.

    I think those cartos are really low resistance. And haven't heard good thing about them. I hope they dont discourage you. You have to at least try some smoktechs now that you have a tank. Also, best punch you can get...

    I know that's always the case in non-VV/VW mods, but my Provari, for example, uses just one 18650 and gets up to 6V and 14.5W. I'm wondering what the amp limit is on these things. Seems like a good 2nd step device for some friends of mine.

    Agreed. There was a but of a learning curve at first. But since then I've had no problems.
