    I prefer Stainless steel mesh, but I've seen people use silica wicks for them. Silica wick would be easier to setup. Kanthal A1 32awg for wire is a good start. There's a subsection of the forum for Rebuildable Atomizers. Lots of great, knowledgeable people in there.

    The Phoenix is a dripping atty with rebuildable coil/wick. You can rebuild the wick and coil when it goes bad, but it's mostly for dripping. The Monster Mesh is a Rebuildable Atty Tank, a chinese clone of the DID. It has a tank, and you build a wick/coil to draw the liquid out of said tank. You...

    Post #4 has great ideas for rebuildable atomizer tanks. Genesis style refers to the SS mesh wick, afaik. Definitely have a learning curve. Most if not all top names genesis style atomizer either have a waitlist or unavailable for purchase, but you can use that time to practice making the coils...

    Gonna have to +1 on that Itaste MVP recommendation. It doubles as a power bank as well to charge small USB devices, extremely handy. Just remember to bring USB cable for your device. The MVP itself takes micro USB to charge (extra points for that).

    I still would recommend against it. It's harm reduction from smoking tobacco cigarette. It's not harm-free. Nobody knows the long term effect of vaping.

    I would recommend vaping to non-smoker as I would recommend picking up a bottle of Jack to a non-drinker (NEVER). It's not about keeping it exclusive. It's about not recommending addicting things when people don't have an addiction.

    How do you OHM out a DID?

    1. easiest way is to get the ohm checker from madvapes, otherwise, good ole multimeter will do it. 2. E1 errors mean shorts. Provaris won't fire. mechanicals will fire, then pop your coil. 3. Just in design, imho. Edit: The ZAP comes precoiled, so I guess that helps a little.

    Question:What is the reason for high resistance?

    3ohm atty vs 1.7 ohm atty would actually save battery if you're using it on the same voltage. Higher resistance = less current going through, need higher voltage to achieve the same output.
