    Update: Cleaned everything, put it together, rolled a new 500 mesh + 5 wrap 30awg. So far no misfires. Running a little hotter than I'm used to since it metered at around 1.3-1.5. So far so good though. I'll give it a couple tanks to break in, if I still don't like it I'll probably recoil it...

    Congrats emonty! Also, I took apart the Orion, and my switch doesn't look like there's a small o-ring in there at all, is that bad? What size is that to replace? Taken just as I took it apart.

    Did you dunk the tube with the switch assembly in the PGA? (If I read that right) I see the spring and the PCB for the switch up there and don't know if I can do that. I can probably get some 91% isopropyl, would that work too?

    Hi guys, I'm having a little problem with my 2.1 button. Just today, the button started misfiring intermittently, like I have to press it just right while listening to it to get it to fire. It seems to be working as I'm writing this. Any pointers as to where to look/clean first?

    Pulled the trigger, took the plunge, and hopped on the bandwagon...

    Cartomizers are the consumable part (I change mine when they taste bad/burned, roughly once a week or so). Also, more juice :) Take note at how much you use a day, and prepare in advance for a long trip.

    I usually run 1.6-2 ohm carto/tank on a kicked silver bullet, and the batteries usually last me a whole day (well i guess till I get home, but more than 6 hours and I'm using 18490). Maybe new batteries take a couple charging cycles to top off? Offtopic: So, the Bolt would work with 18650+kick...

    I don't think I can use the "backup" excuse anymore when I buy stuff. It's way past that and borderline hoarding (I prefer the term collecting but yknow). At least, from reading this thread, I see that I'm not alone :)

    Yep, like previous poster said, check that there's some airflow between the provari and the tank. Also, try turning the voltage up. I like starting at 4.2 then adjust to taste.

    I got an extra charger, ended up putting one in the car :) Extras never hurt. Edit: Just read that you got 2x ego twists. You can charge them at the same time with 2 chargers.
