    You could try putting some juice on it and give it a little twist to get it past the 0 ring. **little twist** slowly.. Sorry don't know what a zen is either. All I know is I fit them for a 510 carto. :facepalm:

    Sorry Rosesense.. I don't know what a Ihy is? Newbe as far as PV's go.. only been vaping since June of last year. You could send it back and I can do more cold work on it, send a carto too so I can fit it perfectly to your Ihy. Still can't load pictures!! grrrr

    **so sad for you** I also have dropped my PV's and broke the tips, thats the problem with "glass".. its so fragile :frown: also, please when you take them off don't rock them side to side just pull straight up.. The part where the 0 ring goes is the thinest part of the entire piece. Working...
