The REO Lounge - Part III

The first thing I do with a new computer (new or refurb) is to totally reformat it. With the exception of the one computer that I use for work, I load Linux on it. My work computer is required to run Winblows. Microsloth still uses the "Planned Obsolescence" model with their software, which Bill...

Rebuildable Atomizers - worth it for a noob?

A micro coil generally consists of between 8-10 wraps closely together (touching actually). Typically the micro coil has a 1/16 inch inside diameter. I am using xc-132 for a wicking material, so my inside diameter is 5/64ths. You can use just about any wicking material you prefer that can...

How well would a REO Grand handle Vaping 100% VG / Nic ..and nothing else ?

I was one of those people that demanded VV/VW. So, I purchased a bottom feeder from another vendor. What I found when it was all done that I had created a point of failure for my vaping pleasure. Within a week, my mod was down due to problems with the chip. 9 weeks later, and two trips to the...

I think I want a REO, but do I need one?

The one factor that has been left out (so far) is that of out of the house dripping. I personally take long trips in a car. I find it next to impossible to continue to drip and drive, not to mention the safety considerations. With a Reo, you can refresh your dripper one handed as you drive down...

The REO Lounge - Part III

I like the stitching more so than the rivets. I think it is a much cleaner look. Also, it opens up the possibilities for leaks. (Personal experience talking here.) Those are scary words, val.... I had the turp a couple years ago, and then on Friday emergency surgery for a kidney stone. It...

Do you always meter your coils?

Would that my eyes were good enough for this type of metering. Even with reading glasses and a magnifier. That said, I always meter my coils. Not to check resistance per se, but to make sure I have no shorts. I have rolled enough coils that I know my sweet spot, and hit it all the time.

Hi there! I had my last analog on Father's day of this year. I smoked analogs for 45+ years. Glad to see all the people from TN.

    Reo problem

You did not say what kind of Reo you have, so this advise might not be appropriate. If you have the Delrin button topper, it might be preventing the system from firing by not letting the firing pin go down far enough. I always put the mod up to my ear and listen while I push the button down. You...

    Columbus Day? . . . . really? . . . . . .why not just call it "lazy mailman day"?

A wood ruff would ruff as much wood as a wood ruff could ruff, if a wood ruff could ruff wood.

    Natural Tobaccos

The only DNA20 bottom feeder that I have found commercially is the del-sol from Italy. The company called Bogger Box made one, but it was a piece of junk. Plus, it appears that they are out of business anyway.

I hate lithium-ion battery charger cords.

I have power strips designed for wall-worts. They have extra space between the plugs to allow for them. (All of my computer equipment runs through UPS, so I do not have the rats nest behind the computerr.)

You can lead a horse to water

CATastrophe and I are trying to get our local B&M (Rocky Top Vapors) to carry one or two. There are a couple of stores that carry them, but only a couple.

    fruit tobacco blends

If you go to Naturally-Extracted-Tobacco.com, you will find some of the best tobaccos out there. They have a blackberry, a pumpkin (seasonal) and a mango that are wonderful. They also have regular tobaccos that IMO cannot be beat. They also have extracts for a lot of their tobaccos, so you can...

Poor Little Reo Needs Some Attention

Also check your screws on your atty. They might be loose. The dry burns sometimes seem to loosen the screws.

    Naturally-Extracted-Tobacco - Grand Opening!!![closed]

I just wanted to post here about the latest juice sample from Clay. One of the first tobacco flavors I found that I enjoyed was Cognac from Ovale. The problem with it was that it was artificial, and I could taste the artificiality. Secondly, it was from Italy. I would just prefer to purchase...

    Older People 55 and Up

My mother was a beautician. For a number of years, I also had long hair (only down to my shoulders, but long for me). When I started noticing that my hair was getting thinner and thinner, I figured it was time to cut it all off, which I did. I specifically asked the beautician to send it in for...

E-juice at high temperatures (or sub ohms)

You could try squonking just before you hit, rather than afterward. The atty you are talking about is a hornet. But, they are more expensive than the RM2.

    Possible Option? Maybe?

I have been thinking about this for a while now. However, not being a designer, it is out of my league. Maybe Pdib can get more wheels turning with this.

    hello

My wife (CATastrophe) has had her original Reo for about 1.5 years. It is still looking and performing like the day it arrived. Your Reo will probably outlast you, so start thinking about who to will it to.
