    Bless your heart. That is one of the nicest things I have heard all day. Animal shelters have it tough. We try to get all of our service dog trainees from shelters and rescues whenever we can.

    I have a straight usb passthrough. It works great in a bind. I have even used it with a portable USB battery charger. There are also some low priced ego kits out there. 650 mAh batteries, but will work for a starter kit.

    As far as I can tell, it lists the tube, control head, ring, cable, charger, and battery. It doesn't say instructions, but I would have to imagine that they are also included.

    I came across a website this morning that was selling an evic for $89. It included an imr battery and free shipping. The store also says they will update its firmware to the latest version. I don't know much about evils but it sounded like a good deal.:2c:
