    Tough one, but vaping is harmless in my opinion.. all humans have traces of nicotine, as it is in the dirt. no chemical is good in your body, but you are better off staying in a closed room vaping, than outside breathing city air.

    Think at quitting vape

    My imagination tells me vaping would be the easier one to stop.. However, for me, never going to happen, I love it. I smoked for 40 years and gave up all hope of stopping, I am now living a smokers dream come true. "Smoking without smoking". I will promote this until the day I die. Good luck...
