Micro coils and ohms description
Wire / 30 ga kanthal coil / size "ID" 1.96 mm "screw driver" Wraps 7 1.6 ohm -
all sorts of rebuilding questions!
Depend on the resistance you want, You could try 7 wraps and then add a wrap or 2 if to hot or subtract a wrap if to cool. :) I use 100% cotton yarn and sometimes just plain cotton. Yes it's ok if the coils touch, in fact the more the better there are many techniques to get them all uniform... -

I took one to Lowe's and matched it up, got a 10 pack for cheap. Don't remember the # and I gave the box and 1/2 the 0-rings to a friend :blush: If you don't have any luck finding them Rob will fix ya up I'm sure. -

Congrats on your one year! My quit date is Oct 24, ordered my first REO a VV Grand in January . I've had a few different devices, sold and donated them, nuttin but REOs now. :) -
