I removed the pin but as Karen said you can use the big button and roll it. On my REOs I put the door on a table edge and slightly bend it just enough so there's a little resistance when it's closed "it doesn't take much", I've done 3 like this and no rattles and the door can be moved 1/2 open... -

meter anyone?
Good point ! I get .2 on the cheaper meter and 0 on the high $ meter, also have an older analog meter with a ohms zero dial. So yes you do have to check it. -

You got one ! Ok,, put the black lead or "wire" in the middle hole that sez "COM" The red lead go's on the right,, (the symbol for ohms is the little horse shoe) :) . Now turn the dial to where it's pointing to the 200 ohm or straight down. OK, put the points of your test leads in top... -

Sennie are you only pushing the fire button when your taking a hit ? It looks like the only way to fry a wick like that is to be holding the button to much? Just wondering , my neighbor done this to.
