Congrats! :thumbs: As far as feeding thick juice you might look and see if there's a reducer in the feed tube. It comes with the REOs for use with thin juice, the Grand should feed Boba's without the reducer unless the restriction is the atty itself? Oh, a rebuild kit would be nice to have on... -

I used a atomizer for a short while then RBA's so I dont have much experience with anything else on a REO. No need for a drip shield really I don't think ? Both will work, your next step should be an RBA for a REO. Congrats ! :toast: -

Thats great DIY is a lot of fun. For sampling I use to use a little atomizer and clean it with PGA or "Everclear" , Now I use a Dripper or Bottom feed RBA and just pull the cotton, do a dry burn and slide a new piece of cotton in the same coil. I use 100% cotton yarn, so it's cheap. Have fun... -

On the Grand I've tried a bunch of different coils in the RM2, wrapping the wire on 18 and 16 gage needles and getting 1.2 to 1.7 ohms. All of them work pretty good, 1.4-5 ohm seems to be the right spot for me. Just made another coil with the .5 x .1mm Kanthal flat wire wrapped on a 18 gage... -
