The voltage drop difference between the soldered and stock spring was 1/100 of a volt. I was just saying the battery dropped from 4.19 to 4.18 after testing the non soldered spring. -

Done a little test on the soldered spring ideal. Used an older Grand with gold contacts and spring "non adjustable 510" Charged AW 2200 mAh 18650 battery @ 4.19 volts .9 ohm coil. Soldered the crimp on the bottom as well as where the spring makes contact on the top side. Paint removed where... -

Don't rub it in Russ the wait is bad enough! I try not to look but check in every freakin day and the pictures keep me coming back.
