    I wouldn't use regular water, but that's just what I've heard. I haven't had any luck increasing throat hit with everclear tho, so either it doesn't work or it's very mild

    you can thin with everclear or distilled water. I use about 10 drops of everclear (I've also used 110 proof vodka) per 3ml of 100% VG. works very well for me and doesn't seem to do anything to the flavor
