    This is also why I picked up tobacco flavored, and strong nic (24mg) and harsh throat hit. Make it replace them for now, until you can smell them and just plain don't want them anymore! It's a long road, we will walk it together :)

    Brenda, you can't beat yourself up. I have a stinky every couple days with my pa, have a small cigar every other day, etc etc etc. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this, you have to realize there is other chems in cigs that keep you there. Think this way - EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU PICK UP...

    Nice, another O aficionado lol :) It doesn't compare at all, the only way I could get quality o's with a cig was by not inhaling. Vaping, it's going in and I have nice thick plumes to play with :D
