When I first switched from smoking to vaping, I started with a 24mg nic. I found this WAY to strong for me, even as an ex-1 1/2 pk a day smoker! I would actually get a "buzz" off of the nicotine. I lowered it down to 18mg and that seems about right. 10-12 good vapes seem to equal...
Reminds me of my first "vapestick hit"! :laugh:
The guy in my brick and mortar shop keeps small bottles of water for such occasions behind the counter for "newbies". Hehehe.

I've been totally cig free for 43 days. The aching lungs went on for about three weeks. However, I DID find that my body didn't accept any juice mixes with PG in it. My legs would break out in a rash, My IBS would kick in and I'd lose my voice as well. My throat was always itchy...

The Blu's are a great starter to get you off the "analog" cigs and into the world of vaping IMO. This place is a plethora of information and i'm sure eventually...you'll find better things to try.. Congrats on your new adventure! :)

Congrats to you! I'm new here too. 47 yrs old. Smoked for 30 years... 42 days without a "stinker"! You can do it. It was easier than I thought...never missed them at all, although I did avoid drinking alcohol for a few weeks to avoid any "triggers". I'm vaping an all VG juice at...

So far I notice my sense of taste coming back. I don't use near as much salt as I use to. And coffee tastes VERY nice. First time I've drank it without the usual "stinky" accompaniment. :laugh: But...I did find out the PG-based juices trigger my IBS. So, 100% VG is all I can do. which...

Indeed, I'm enjoying the RBA. Intense clouds of clean vaper and flavor galore. And not as bad to set up as originally thought. Worth every dime. You'll likey I'm sure. :toast:

Brian here saying "Howdy". So far, 42 days without an "analog" cig of any kind. :thumb: Only vape! I was a smoker for 30 years at a pack and a half a day easy. Already I'm into rebuildable attys and just got my first AGA T2. I look forward to talking with some of you fellow vapers...
