    Hi Mikeulon, As vapers, we're still inhaling nicotine...BUT without the many hundreds of chemicals and additives that tobacco has. And as an ex- 20+ year smoker, I can definitely tell my lungs are much happier. And Commie...you nailed it right on the head. ;) Vape on!

Otherwise, the plate is un-necessary. I use mine in normal mode and still have the delrin...

    I use Vaperite and Virgin Vapers. VERY nice true flavors... ;) Seems like there's very few places that sell true 100% organic e-juices.
