Eh RedBull is my favorite flavor. I haven't had any problem using cartos and stuff, but I find that is really nice :D If you're a hardcore chainvaper, then it may cause loss of voice. My voice is back now though :D -

Well, there are tank atomizers like the Genesis Maxi, DID, Mega Hellfire etc. but they are rebuildables. Also, you can carry around atomizers and keep cartridges around with you to change flavor per vape as well. OMG why did I just think of it gonna save up for an atomizer and then if i change... -
Box Mods
Well, the LT's voltage drops drastically then moment it reaches 3.7V. So I need to change the batteries twice to thrice a day. Which can get quite irritating, but other than that it is perfect :) That's why I wanted a Provari, but then I thought about BoxMods and if they are alright I might be... -
