    So far (I caught your edit in my quote, I didn't see it in the original :) ) all I have to do is say "I have been x weeks without smoking because of using electronic cigarettes." That is usually the key to opening a way to enlightenment. But I haven't met Mr Know-It-All yet.

    That phrase has enabled me to do so much in IT. I do phrase it slightly different though. "I don't know, but I will research it and get back to you shortly." I'm not a subject matter expert when I get back to them (shortly), but I do have enough information to speak intelligently about it. :)

    Great! I'm glad you got it sorted out. I had no knowledge on that topic so I just read through it. Mama taught me to keep my trap shut on a subject if I know nothing about it. And most of the time I follow that advice. If I don't it bites me in my backside. Good teacher that. LOL!
