Hello 90% vg is good if your using sweet or fruity flavors, but if your into tobacco flavors would add more pg like 70 pg 30 vg would bring your nicotine down just add more nic to bring back up if you have. but for tab flav its best unless you use vape wizard to reduce sweet :) or you dont...- Vapor Barclay
