supply run today.. was down to using my last drop of e-juice as I left out the door lol .. am thankful we have a vapor store in the city.. think after 4 years my senses are starting to get better or the e-juice is starting to get better,, Actually can enjoy the aroma and taste of butter scotch...

wk 6 completed :) I really didn't think I was ready but it went well, when I just let go of "watching time" and just focused on enjoying the run as far as I could go.. :) added 1 mile sprint training at the end and feel myself getting stronger :) ...
Wow nice training day :) Wk 6 day 2, 17 minute runs.... nice steady jogging pace and when I was finished went back to wk 1 day 1 (1 mile) training and added some 45 second sprints trying to ease into 5 and 5.5 mph paces...
