lol ,, it is Monday's :) todays run wk 3 day 2 same 5 minute runs, 1 minute walks sequence went much much smoother... Maybe that is the recovery building process to feel so stiff one day and then breeze right through being able to push the last 5 minute run... It was a good day today...- PatriciafromCO

wk 3 Day 1 New Zealand run again.. Can't tell if its just two days off Monday Runs that makes them see a little taxing on me ? will see how the week goes 5 minute runs with 1 minute walks. May repeat wk 2 and wk 3 again before I move forward to week 4- PatriciafromCO

started the warm up walk checking out the North Island New Zealand run... and just stay'd lol lol .... it's all trail run, no city area's and its a progressive speed run then declines down until you get back to the cool down... it was pretty CES,, Wk 2 day 2 3 minute runs , 1 minute walks there all 30 minutes long for the 5K training.. will have to say my favorite virtual run is the one I tried today..
