50 mph winds this morning lol .. so I ran the streets and countryside of Northern Italy instead :) Wk2 Day 1 done.... mind so easily sabotages me at about 1:30 on the 2 minute run sets ... oh well I let the mental squirm swell up in me and then I kept on going letting it pass....- PatriciafromCO

the wind is always so hard in this area (its a semi flip warning area) was talking to DH that 10 minutes on the treadmill isn't that bad and even getting to 20 isn't so bad when I am concentrating on when to run a few minutes and where to walk a minute to break up the activity.. love my Kindle DX but the battery is no longer holding a charge :( it's 4 years old so not bad,, went with the paper white 3G this time so I can read without having to use the attached light.. For mowing I just let the horses and llamas in the yard :)- PatriciafromCO

end of wk1 finishing strong on 5 mph 1 minute sprints with 2 minute walking.. ready to move on next monday and bring my pace back down to 4 to 4.5 mph for 2 minute runs and 1 minute walks.. wk2 moves fast progressing each training day for running time "will keep an open mind :) " Total...- PatriciafromCO
