week 2 day 2 90 sec /90 sec x 4 , 2.8 /3.4 mph am ok for 60 sec then it feels a bit uncomfortable :) but I ditched the shoes and had a better time.. I just never had like shoes.. lol... good day always an option to repeat a weeks training before moving on...
