am on a two day rest... my freedom run covered Wk 6 day 2 training and well lol I was already at 3miles and thought whats 3000 more steps right.. was a 76 minute run.. which is more then I had worked up to which is 50 minutes .. feel good body not too sore from it :) but will take the added...

Sending good thoughts for Journey,,, There is so much gun fire around us all the time, I don't think the animals will know the difference if anyone does fireworks this year.
yes I felt the 100 miles by the end of the year was safer then going for the 500 miles... lol ... some in the July challenge are doing 200 miles in 30 days... WOW... 50 miles for me in July works out just fine.. running at least 3 miles every other is an easy pace to enjoy.
wk 5 completed :) finished strong sustaining 3.8 mph for 45 minutes and breaking 3.5 miles... funny how getting stronger longer sneaks up on you over time :) only about 46+ miles to go for my July 50 mile challenge :)
enjoying my days off for resting.. Signed up for a 50 mile challenge in July :) :) and also a 100 mile challenge to complete by the end of 2014 logging my miles as I go... threw in a 5K, 10K and 1/2 marathon as full runs ... Start logging miles for the 50 mile July challenge tomorrow and...
lol feels like Friday lol ... ran around gathering up supplies today,, it's a hot one.. my skin just seers when light touches it.. feels like I burned my eye lids just waking across the parking lot of Wally mart... Am always covered up with long sleeves while everyone is running around in shorts...
