    Well, I'd be one to say that, ANYTHING that puts anything other than oxygen into your lungs is harmful. Our lungs were made to breath oxygen. But given the choice, I'd rather put a little bit of VG and flavoring into my lungs then the tar and other crap that smoking a cigarette puts in there...

    I have a 5ml bottle of "gummy bear" flavored juice at w/ 18mg of nicotine in it. the gummy bear is just too sweet for me to handle. I am brand spanking new at diy and figured that it might dilute it with some vg to a more useable level.
