I can't figure out what I did wrong...

I'm MTL. My RM2's aren't that overdrilled for lung hitting (LP RM2 is stock, regular RM2 is overdrilled to 1.7mm, and I run a custom AFC on the 1.6mm setting), and both are set up with single micros. When I want to lung hit (which I haven't in quite a while), I used a Trident clone, top fed...

    Japanese Organic Cotton Pads

Quick question then. When utilizing a Mundy Magic microcoil, how does one avoid all the snag ups with KGD passing over the convoluted surface of the MM? Regular cotton ball cotton catches enough as is when being careful. I was just curious about this, haven't gotten any KGD yet, figured it...

I can't figure out what I did wrong...

Ugh... 1130pm here in the UK. I gotta hit the hay, but hopefully you get this sorted out tonight. I'm sure others with more experience than I've got will pop in and try to help out. Good luck! If you get your problem fixed, let me know!

I can't figure out what I did wrong...

Have you double checked to make sure your post screws haven't loosened up any? Double checked the resistance of your RM2 on a cartometer, or using a digital multimeter?

I can't figure out what I did wrong...

Once again, I paraphrase from the Master of Microcoils: Basically, short wicks always ensures that the juice you are about to vape is as fresh as it can be. Long wicks will hold more juice available for the coil, but before it gets wicked to the coil, it starts to cook. This can change the...

    Cleaning procedures?

Yup, SXD ain't got problems with flavor changes no more. Pro skills and stuff. I'm still a noob using flavors. He's running away from me on the freeway on ramp, and I'm stuck about 5 lights back behind a Yugo.

I can't figure out what I did wrong...

Try to not get frustrated. This is kinda part art and part science. Art, because you gotta figure out what is good for you, sometimes you have to tinker a little bit. Science, because once you know what you like and works for you specifically, you need to be able to repeat it every time, w/out...

    Cleaning procedures?

Yup, took me 3 times longer detailing out my procedures than it does to actually just do it.

    Square bottles?

I'd guess that when they cut the hole for the tube, they cut it slightly smaller than the diameter of the tube, lubed up the tube and jammed it in there. The tube would expand to seal up the hole.

I can't figure out what I did wrong...

Wicks look a little long to me, according to the SXD style of short wicks. Think it's been said to go no more than 1/8th of an inch past the coils (Please correct me if I'm wrong Russ). I'd try pulling the cotton out, starting with a fresh piece of cotton. Listen to what Russ says about wick...

    Cleaning procedures?

When I break down my REO/RM2 setup for a clean/re-wick, I follow these steps, in approximately this order: 1 - Removed door from bottom, set door aside. Pull battery out, store battery properly. 2 - Pull off driptip, unscrew RM2 topcap, pull out old cotton wick. Rinse DT and topcap off in hot...

I can't figure out what I did wrong...

Hmmm.... back the phone away a little bit, and tap the focus a few times on the coil. Should be a clearer picture. Something that might affect it. You said you built the coil last Friday, and went to re-wick it today, and now have problems, same original coil. You might have made the cotton too...

    question on coils and wicks

A picture of how you have it set up would be helpful.

Crickets? Guess this hasn't been fixed yet then. Interested to see what the problem was.

The REO Lounge - Part IV

Might not be the easiest street to find... London is pretty big. Don't count your chickens on the other side of the fence. Might be a few months before I head down there for anything either. EDIT: just realized you quoted RF, and not me LOL.

    Idea for LP REO's

Yeah, I'm not saying the current design is flawed. Far from that. Anyone that thinks that I'm thinking that would be incorrect lol.

    PDIB's Making MODs!

Ah good old John Wayne toilet paper... rough, tough and don't take **** off nobody. In the Air Force, it's also sometimes refered to it as AF Form 1.

The REO Lounge - Part IV

Flying is statistically safer than driving. Birds aren't suicidal, just dumb enough to not get out of the way of something bigger and faster. I know, I've had to clean out birdstrikes in jet engines before, can get nasty. For military aircraft birdstrikes, we have to collect the remains, they...
