Thanks, it is great to hear that you are enjoying your vmax and it is still working well! There is lots of CA on it so you should be able to fondle for a long time and still not hit wood :) Glad there wasn't any damage when you knocked it over. Here is the first version 4 drip tip. The tube is 1/8". The base diameter is .333 so it should fit better in slightly smaller devices. The o-ring groove is .230. A snug fitting o-ring will be installed on the tip and a slightly smaller one will come with it for tighter devices. So far I have...- whokrz

I got the 303 stainless 3/8 rod in the mail today. In a week or so I will have better tool bits which should improve the finish on the stainless. These bases will increase the cost of tips by a few dollars but I don't think they will break :)- whokrz

Yes, lubing the o-ring with a little liquid and twisting them on and off will help with them breaking. So far the tru-stone seems to be the most likely to break. Kevin and I have also had a acrylic tip break in the same area. Hopefully the new design will work as planned and will eliminate...- whokrz
