    I would get jacked up from anything over 18 mgs. It may take you some time to figure out what nicotine level you need. I would in my experience want just a bit more that I need to keep me off the analogs.

    I too rotate between two to three flavors throughout the day. When I am in doubt I know coffee flavors will always do it for me. From the time I get up until I got to bed I may drink about 6-7 cups so to me its a taste I love and I never get tired of it.
