I'm using an MVP 2 also. I have found that using a 510 -> eGo adapter allows you to adjust airflow a small bit.
Tighten the adapter down fairly hard but don't crank it. Screw in/on your 510/eGo clearo until you feel connection. Then, unscrew a tiny bit. You should still make a connection and...
I've had the x6 less than a month, already the button (which is very cheap) is split, and is no longer "clicky", and the battery life has dropped significantly. The only thing I *don't* know is how consistent the charge under load is.
I just got my MVP 2.0 a few days ago. It's still on its first charge! JUST plugged it in, and still vaping away. Love the passthrough feature. I LOVE IT SO HARD.

I just remembered this place so I googled them, and was super excited to see they were still around. Back in 2010 I tried their Apple Pancakes liquid when everyone was raving about their Swedish Fish (which is great too) but I fell in love with the apple pancakes. It's warm, sweet, pancakey...
I haven't done DIY before, I can't answer, but if you post this question in the following forum you can probably get more help;
DIY E-Liquid
Edit: someone else already said it and I don't know how to delete my comment lol, sorry.
