    how much nic should i vape?

    I was 1/2 pad smoker before i recently quit , i tried 18 mg. but dumped that real quick after having the symptoms you describe . I've now settled in at 12 mg. for 1st thing in the morning or when i need a little extra oomph and 6 mg for during the day and evening .
