    If it's from Innovapor, I went through the exact same curve. The filler on the cartridges is recessed from the lip, I think to accommodate the "new" atty's, but mine shipped with standard Titan atty's, that's why I recommend the mod for the cartridge.     Standard instruction manual procedure cya. It assumes a completely discharged cell, when it's usually shipped fully charged, not fully depleted. Once the light signals charged, it's charged, the charger cuts off current so there is no worry about leaving them on.

    Not for me, more a consequence of the cartridge wicking well and keeping the atty wet then inhaling technique.

    You may have tried this already, but I had some coughing when starting, I now draw the vapor into my mouth first before drawing into the lungs, no more problems.
