    Well...what counts as a mod? Just battery boxes built by individual hobbyists outside of China? Then the longest will almost certainly be the DSE905, which has 900mAh batteries. If by "mods aside," you mean only long cylindrical screw-on batteries, then it's probably one of the mega batteries...

    As an update, I went 33 hours before needing to recharge, and I'm about a 2ml a day guy, so that battery should get you through about 3ml. Next time I use the Digipower, I'm going to keep the stock battery, and see if I can fit it in a 2xAAA box with a nice switch, and USB passthrough.
