    You'll get a great amount of vapour, but like others have said, it's best to dilute the glycerin a bit first because it's just a wee bit too think to use on it's own. Try diluting with a little distilled water or with alcohol such as vodka.

    I would suggest sticking with the strength you have for the time being unless you don't feel that the medium strength is enough for your nic craving. Medium wasn't enough for my craving so I upped to high and that's when my headaches started. Determined not to be continually playing around...
