    The stick turns off charging when not needed. If charged and plugged in when you take a hit the charge lite will come on to top off battery. you can vape all day on pass thru and have a full charge when you are done for the day

    if you like the 901 get the adaptor also, ilove it 901 style.(801 great also i just love the 901) Def get the stick over a 510, 20 min bat life on 510 for me all day on jstick. Stick great, with 901 adaptor even better:)

    be sure to check your wattage on the resistors if they get hot but you have the right voltage add another resistor(same ohm) or higher wattage of same omhs
