Hey good on you threeputt. Off and running now then. I must admit good gear makes a world of difference. Every now and then you have a sticky patch (maybe a flooded atty or whatever) and it becomes tenes, fraught. Theres nothing like a good solid reliable e cig for making the whole thing a...
dwarren- i know exactly what you mean. I'd gone a week analog free. Then had one. It was disgusting/awful. My mouth was filled with this thick foul tasting smoke that seemed to overwhelm every sense i had. Except the one that said 'put it out'...lol
Welcome MadMary - Thats great that you're both having a go. All you really need is the right gear and some quiet determination.
My wife and i have both been 9 weeks without analogs. It's fantastic. The first two weeks were a challenge then it gets easier. You have to want to quit though. Vape...
False - i only have three devices. And whilst i am getting up there i have a way to go yet before i'm ancient or unusable....lol
TNP has a BMW motorised vehicle.
Woahhh - i can't believe we have a poster called Les_Paul83. In the Abscence of DaveP i welcome you to the thread.
Thanks for briefing us up re: your gear. My Firebrand is actually called a 'Gibson Firebrand the Paul De Luxe' bit of a mouthful...lol so i just tend to call it a...
+5 for the classic look car that i'm guessing you traded in your old harley 350 single for ...lol
BTW - hats off to you guys for switching your avatars. Took me 40 minutes of messing around trying to put mine on. I ended up settling on a photo of me cos i couldn't make anything else work...
Well done Toadchops - you are off and running. Keep an eye on what your savings are and when you have enough you can (if you want to) try a bigger battery model.
I think it may be that i'm a little older than you or i care less about what people think but i love the simplicity of my bigger...
MasonD - thats fair enough. I don't think people realise that they're not always being helpful when their solution to something is....scrap what you're trying to do and get one of these.
It can be frustrating and lead to 'rants'. But hey ...we forgive you....lol
Will someone google the...
PRS certainly cost a lot. I've only played one that was up for £1,800 and that was about 15 years ago. Felt good but i was looking for a tele which i bought and still own.
I have 7 guitars a bass (cheap copy purely for beefing up my recordings) and a banjo. I used to play them all in a kind of...
Wow.....couldn't you vape some "pot pourri".
I think you've upset her mate. Or maybe she genuinely doesn't like it anymore. The jurys out.
Put her on.....lol. All we've had so far is your side of the story.
+1 - BB3
Crypto - i think you'll find that the Riva is a copy of the Joye Ego.
IMO you'd have to go a long way to find a better e cig than a joye. All joye gear that i've purchased, so far, has been top quality.
OMG - you're ALL from Texas ....lol.
I guess this thread was posted in the "Texas forum". Sorry folks i found it in the newbie forum. I'll clear off now...lol
Good luck Tipsynoodle. Looks like you got plenty of help anyways.
You are so right there Dave. I think playing both electric and acoustic has given me much better "feel". Which helps a lot with expression. I know there are pedals for expression but you have to feel it too. It's an important part of my playing that i don't just hammer away on chords/power...
