    I would recommend 24mg nic every time. If the throat hit is too much then ease back on the amount you draw. I find with 24mg i'm chugging less hard and less often. When i'm in need of topping up my nic intake i just take a couple of deeper chuggs and bingo....jobs a good'un.

    mriana - Take your e-cig and draw long light and slowly on it. You'll be surprised. Try it. Dont chugg hard on it at all. Long slow draw. I'll bet you get a lot of "smoke" and a throat hit too. Hope that will help till your upgrade comes.

    for £30 you can get him an "X Power 900" on amazon. Battery lasts over 24 hours. Gives an excellent throat hit. Loads of "smoke"/vapour. He will be very happy with it. Looks not a lot like a cigarette but it performs.

    Vape vape vape ...then vape again. You don't need to smoke. You will get cravings for a while sure......laugh at them....every craving that passes means you are winning. Vaping is a way out of the hell that is smoking. Keep it going.
